Systems Thinking

Systems Thinking acknowledges that we work in environments that have complex and complicated systems, rather than simple cause-effect relationships. Today’s organizations operate in an environment that is uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Navigating and leading in this environment requires a Systems Thinking strategy. This course provides a framework for Systems Thinking for analyzing and determining action, delivering value and positive influence.
