AI in the Workplace

This course will introduce working professionals to generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools with a focus on large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT. We will explore potential use cases of the technology in an evolving modern workplace and will discuss its limitations and potential pitfalls. Participants will gain practical skills that will let them unlock the potential of these powerful tools in their careers. This course requires learners to bring a laptop for hands-on activities, internet access will be provided.
